Fundraising Update

• Pet Shot Clinic- April 10th. Please make sure that you arrive at 4:15 if you are volunteering. We MUST have volunteers to make this happen. If you have a senior, remember this is what provides scholarships!!!

Spring Sponsor Drive

• 2014/15 sponsor drive starts now!• Goal: $15,000 in sponsorship donations.

• Why?– Sponsorships offer the best return for our energy– Avoids having to sell candy bars, beef jerky, fruit, etc.– Local sponsors actually LIKE helping LT kids!

Spring Sponsor Drive

• How it works…

– Each family needs to drive $400+ in sponsorships– We’ve built a list of 237 local businesses. Please

select businesses you have a relationship with (owners are the best).

– Show them our sponsor packet and ask them to participate. Involving the kids in the process is best.

Donations are tax deductible & deliver substantial marketing value. Our 50+ families spend a lot of $$$ in Lake Travis.

Spring Sponsor Drive

• Sponsorship Saturdays April 26th & May 3rd

– Groups of students & adult volunteers will distribute sponsor packets to businesses we have no direct access to.

– This won’t be nearly as effective, but it is a good way to spread the word about our program.

– We’ll continue this until we meet our goal.
