Tenant Services CoordinatorThe Alexandria Housing & Redevelopment Authority is seeking applicants to fill a newly created Tenant Services Coordinator position. This person would be responsible for assisting public housing residents of the Alexandria HRA in obtaining supportive services that are needed to enable independent living and aging in place. In doing so, this person will refer and link tenants to supportive services, collect and provide information regarding community and informal support services, monitor the on-going delivery of supportive services to ensure that the tenants needs are being met, educate tenants and management staff as well as monitor, track and report on all duties.
This position will work 40 hours per week with a starting rate TBD. The Alexandria Housing & Redevelopment Authority also offers a competitive benefit package. There is a three year fund-ing cycle associated with this position.
Required Qualifications: Four year degree with a major in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, or related field. This person should possess knowledge of the aging process, elder services, disability services, mental health and chemical dependency is-sues.
License/Certification: LSW preferred, requires valid MN Driver's License and ability to pass a Minnesota Criminal Background check.

• Over 7,242 pounds of food were donated and distributed through Plant an Extra Row• Stuff the Bus donated backpacks stuffed with school supplies to 689
deserving students in Douglas and Pope Counties• Backpack Attack provided 3,698 bags of nutritious food to children in Douglas
and Pope Counties to alleviate child hunger over the weekends.
