CUSTOM IMPRINTINGINFORMATIONIf you want to make an impact on guests, considerimprinting in-room supplies with your custom logo.Keep your property name in front of your customersfor their entire stay. Information on ordering customimprints may be found on the current Wescon pricelist. Please note that plate charges and minimum runrequirements differ by item.

IMPRINT COLORSWescon currently stocks more than 30 hot-stamp foilcolors for imprinting. We carry foils to match NationalChain specifications as well as various custom colors.If we don’t stock the foil color you require, we areable to match many requests with the Pantone MatchingSystem (PMS). Additional charges apply to color-match custom colors. Stock swatches of current colorsare available upon request.

ARTWORK AND LOGOTYPESThe custom imprinting process requires the use ofcamera-ready artwork. If you are unable to supplyartwork, Wescon’s Design Department can createcamera-ready materials by using your letterhead,brochures, or any other item carrying your logo. Thereis a nominal charge for this service, based on the timerequired to create the artwork.

NATIONAL CHAIN LOGOTYPESWescon’s library of over 1,500 hot-stamp dies includesall National and many regional Hotel/Motel chains.These dies are updated shortly after we are notified ofany changes by corporate correspondence. Ordersplaced for chain logo items which are imprinted incolors other than standard are non-returnable. In orderto keep our files updated, any plates which are notused for a period of three (3) years will be destroyed.

DIE CHARGESA one-time die charge or screen charge will be appliedto the first order utilizing new custom artwork. One dieor screen must be made for each color beingreproduced in a logo. In addition, a separate die orscreen must be made for each logo size required.Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks lead time fornew die orders.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE PROOFFor a minimal charge, a pre-production sample of yournew custom imprinted item will be sent for inspectionbefore actual production begins. A pre-productionsample is recommended to assure the imprinted itemsmeet your approval.

OurCustomer Service representatives can provide up-to-the-minute order status quickly and reliably. Orderscan be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or LTL commoncarrier, depending on total order weight. Our corporateLTL common carrier program is in place to offer themost competitive freight rates available.Additional literature, product samples, color swatchesand price quotations are available by contacting ourCustomer Service Department.

SHIPPING TIMENormal lead time for non-imprinted orders is 7-10working days from receipt of order. Normal shippingof standard imprinted items is 14 working days fromreceipt of order. Initial custom imprinted items can beshipped 6 to 8 weeks after the order and camera-readyart are received. Above shipping times may varyduring peak and holiday seasons.

GLASSWARE SHIPPINGTo help avoid breakage, we recommend that all orderswhich include glasswaare be shipped common carrier.

FREIGHT SHIPPINGAll orders are shipped F.O.B. Jackson, Ohio. If nototherwise specified, Lancaster Colony CommercialProducts will select the most appropriate method for shipping.

RETURNSNo returns will be accepted without writtenauthorization from Lancaster ColonyCommercial Products.Please notify us immediately for authorization if youhave a problem with your order. We reserve the right to limit returns to no longer than six (6) months fromthe date of shipment. We will refuse to accept returnswhen they are not accompanied by written authorization.A minimum 25% service charge to cover handling andrestocking will be assessed on returned orders, but notif the error is ours; custom imprinted orders are notreturnable unless the error is ours. Major nationalhotel/motel chain logos ordered in colors other than thestandard, are non-returnable. Merchandise not on ourcurrent price list cannot be returned.

DAMAGED ORDERS/SHORTAGESWe are not responsible for shortage or damage claimsonce your order has been received by the carrier. Whena freight carrier receives your order from our shippingdock, they have accepted full responsibility for thecondition of the cartons and their contents. If any partof the order is damaged or missing when it arrives,have the delivering carrier acknowledge the damage orshortage and make appropriate notification on yourcopy of the freight receipt. Carriers must refer claimsto their own claims department.

CONCEALED DAMAGEIf there is concealed damage that could not be detecteduntil merchandise is unpacked, have the carrier’s agentvisit your premises at once and inspect the damage inperson. Ask for a “concealed damage report” and statethe condition of the merchandise when it wasexamined. It is the carrier’s duty to provide suchservices. Insist on it. Concealed damage reports shouldbe made within 15 days of receipt of your order, soeven if you do not plan to use an item immediately,you should always inspect it upon arrival. If youfollow appropriate guidelines for dealing withproblems that might develop with delivery of an order,we will help wherever possible to assist you inestablishing your claim against the transportationcompany. If you refuse a damaged order, or fail to filea proper claim form, it will be difficult or impossiblefor you to receive compensation for the damaged goods.
