choice. This is to help you maximise the value of your plot and build your dream villa.

Professional construction documents are essential for quality and price assurance, and the

drawings provided are there to ensure building your dream home is as rewarding an

experience as possible.

We’ve taken the hassle out of the planning process too. All our designs have been approved

by the Cayman Islands Building Control department for construction in the Cayman Islands

and can be easily amended to customise your own individual design and style.

At its simplest, buying a plot of land with Oasis gives you a smart, flexible ‘value-added’ head

start to help get your construction underway. Having a full set of pre-approved architectural

drawings provides you with a turnkey solution to developing your plot, or if you prefer you

can choose your own architect or builder.
