Our serviceN H Developments Ltd is a family owned and operated company dealing
with land, planning and the construction of new build homes, renovations and project management.
Land is purchased with or without planning permission. Where appropriate, ‘subject to planning’ agreements are entered into so that a site achieves
its maximum potential and gross development value.
This includes working closely with respected planning and highways consultants, architects and arboriculturists to obtain planning permission either at local authority
level or at appeal in order to attain the most beneficial approval.
In addition our services include the management of renovations and extensions working with our specialist sub contractors
or in a management only role.
