Your laser projection keyboard kit needs to be assembled before you can use it. This

manual will provide you the instructions to assemble the RoboPeak laser project

keyboard kit quickly and easily.

Item No. in the list. The item No. will be used to identify which part will be used in the following

assembly instructions.

STEP#1 Base Frame Assembly

Please prepare the base frame units with the item No. ○1 ,○2 ,○3 and the screws with No. ○19

and the screw cap ○13 . Please assemble them based on the following figures.

Pay attention to the side of the camera dock ○3 .

STEP#2 Bottom Base Installations

Place the bottom base ○4 in the bottom of the assembled frame and use the screw ○16 to fix it.

STEP#3 Mounting the Keyboard Pattern Projector

Mount the keyboard pattern projector ○9 to the dock ○5 and use the self-tapping screw ○14 to

fix them.

Place the assembled projector parts to the base frame as depicted in the following figure. Use

the screw ○18 and the screw cap ○13 to fix them. Make the power cable of the projector go

through the hole of the front panel.

STEP#4 Mounting the Infrared Light Camera

Fix the Nylon column ○7 on the camera ○8 with the screws ○16 :

Mount the camera to the base frame using screw ○17 :

STEP#5 Linear Laser Installations

Install the linear laser ○17 to the bottom base as shown in the following figures. Place the locker

○6 on the laser and use the screws ○6 to fix them. Insert the screw ○18 on the top of the locker

○6 , but do not tighten it currently.

Check the linear laser in front of the front frame. Please make sure the wavy stripe in the linear

laser head is perpendicular to horizontal plane. After that, the screw ○18 can be tightened.

STEP#6 PCB Installations and connecting the cables

Place the screw pads ○15 on the screw holes of the bottom base:

Place the PCB ○11 on the bottom base and use the screws ○18 to fix them. Connect all the cables.

Don’t forget to connect the camera ○8 to the PCB using the signal cable ○12 :
