How we meet our objective:
• Dues
• Volunteering
• Fundraising Events & Sales
DuesTo run our program, it costs the Touchdown Club $2,500/year per
player. That expense is the same regardless of the player’s class or fundraising in any given year.
• Have not raised our dues since 2011
• For 2014 dues will remain $500 ($41/month)
• Dues are not optional – WE NEED YOU!
Comparison of Junior Trojan costs to Lassiter High School Costs

Benefits of Club Membership . . . Goes to our Players!
Volunteering for Events• For each player family – 4x each season
• Four volunteer ‘slots’ to be filled (standardizing to 3-4 hours each) • Sign up tonight!• If not tonight – must sign up online (beginning June)• If you don’t, you will be assigned to volunteer for what is left (August)
• No-Show Penalty – assign another slot to your obligation• Deposit - $150 check made payable to LTDC
• Also needed tonight – required!• To be returned to you (uncashed) at end of season upon obligation
fulfillment• Optional: Opt Out Plan – no volunteering: $150 charge
• Pay tonight: put ‘opt out’ on check or pay online
Golf Tournament
• Flood during winter cold streak froze and cracked water pipes causing major flooding
• Last straw for aging facility that needed updating - Formica counter tops broken and water damaged - Only 4 shower heads (for our 150+ boys) designed at a time when our
program was much smaller - Worn out bathroom and kitchen facilities with multiple hygiene
concerns due to decades of use • Cobb County School System will repair only "in kind" the damaged
carpet and wall sections leaving $25,000 of repair and upgrades to renovate the facility
• This cost is equal to our $25,000 goal and is the reason we are
asking for increased support so that we may have adequate facilities to match our goal for our winning program
The Goal of this year’s Lassiter Trojan Football Golf Tournament is to fund the $25,000 required to renovate the Field House facility
