GENERAL NOTES :

Supplement, AVN Datasheets, National Flight Data Center (NFDC),

Airport Facility Directory, and Airport 5010 Airport Master Records.

2. This Airport Diagram prepared using Design Criteria from FAA

Advisory Circular 150/5300-13A, Change 1, "Airport Design" .

3. Santa Monica Municipal Airport Departure Procedures applies to all

runway ends. The 40:1 Departure Surface is not depicted.

4. Latitude and Longitude coordinate conversion into California Zone 5

State Plane format conducted using Corpscon 6.0.1 software.

5. Horizontal datum is North American Datum 1983 (NAD 83) and

vertical datum is North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD 88).

6. All elevations are in feet above mean sea level (MSL).

7. No aerial mapping was performed, imagery source Google Earth Pro.
