Brighton & Hove’s own ‘Oscars’ recognise the achievements of amateur theatre companies in the area. Local groups taking part this year included New Venture Theatre Club, Brighton, The Southwick Players, Wick Theatre Company and Burgess Hill Theatre Club. Latest 7 attended the party where guests donated to the NSPCC and received a luxury OPI manicure. Brighton Makeup School’s director Hayley Pinker was also on hand to provide pre-Christmas makeovers.
