Our island has a day-operated, grooved, apron concrete airstrip with runway and taxiway lighting, illuminated windsocks adjacent to the runway threshold and Precision Approach Position Indicator (PAPI) lights.

International arrivals may land at Laucala Airport at additional cost. The cost will cover customs, immigration and quarantine clearance, to be arranged in direct liaison with the COMO Laucala Island reservations team.

Private aircrafts that do not fit Laucala Airport requirements must land at Nadi International Airport (NAN). Commercial travel into Laucala Island also entails a flight into Nadi International Airport (NAN) before a connecting flight to the island.

Operating airlines at NAN currently include: Fiji Airways, Qantas, Air New Zealand, Virgin Australia, Jetstar and Korean Air.

Laucala Island has its own lounge at the airport where guests may wait with refreshments and receive assistance by Laucala Island staff.

Flights from NAN into Laucala Island are 50 minutes and will be arranged on King Air B350 planes with eight leather seats and twin-engine turboprop machines.

Hangars Laucala Airport has four small hangars. Hangar One can be utilized as a nose dock for mid-size business jets. Smaller jets and Turboprops can be partially enclosed inside all hangars.
