Each year m3property recruits a number of Graduates and Interns, assisting them in kick starting their property career.

Eligibility You need to be enrolled in a property related University degree, working towards your CPV. You will need to have working rights in Australia and be able to commit to 3-5 days each week.

Structure Graduates will need to be able to commit to 3-5 days per week (Flexible Hours). We work with you to fit within your study timetable (if applicable) and complement your learning opportunities.

Rotation You will work with each of our business units.

Experience The program involves working directly with Certified Practising Valuers assisting in various valuation and property related tasks.

Opportunity Following completion of our program, there may be an opportunity to apply for ongoing employment.

What do you need to bring Excellent communication and computer skills (particularly Word & Excel), a passion for property, excellent self-motivation, attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.

Industry Events

Staff are encouraged to attend industry functions, that include networking events and industry

focussed social events.

Mentoring

We offer mentoring and coaching by industry leaders as well as our

‘Aspiring Valuers’ program.

Fundraising

We directly support a number of charities and not for profit

organisations.

Gym - Reimbursement

50% of employee gym membership fees are

reimbursed (capped at $400/year).

Building Facilities

Our office building offers social activities, crafts, a tennis court, five-star end of trip facilities along with safe storage for your bike.

Monthly Social Activities

Our in-house social committee regularly coordinates social functions for our employees.

Research Advisory

Rating and Taxation The Rating and Taxation department is recognised as Australia’s leading advisor in reviewing valuation based statutory assessments on behalf of landowners. With extensive experience, we act on behalf of Australia’s listed property trusts, corporations, government, superannuation funds and high net worth individuals.

Litigation and Acquisition The Litigation and Acquisition department undertake valuations and provide advice on a variety of projects and property types. We act for government authorities, claimants and lawyers depending on the project.

Josh Phegan Divisional Director “My decision to move to m3property from the banking industry approximately 5 years ago was brought about by a desire to specialise in an institutional field of property valuations. Beginning as a Valuer I have been elevated to Senior Valuer, Associate Director and Divisional Director. I enjoy working directly with clients in a specialist property field.”

Darcy Taylor Valuer“I commenced with m3property in 2016 as the m3 Award Recipient whilst studying the Commerce/ Property double degree at Deakin University. Woking within each team at m3 property gave me a general understanding of the valuation sectors. Following the program, I commenced a permanent role within the Litigation and Acquisition team in 2017 as a Valuation Analyst. After graduating University (2017) and obtaining CPV qualification (2018), I now work as a Certified Practising Valuer.”

Courtney Hutchinson Valuer“I commenced working with m3property as a Receptionist, and shortly after joined the Health team as a Team Secretary. After 2 years, I decided to return to university and began my career in valuations. After three years I achieved my CPV qualification and was very well supported by m3property during this process. Luana Kenny National Director“I commenced with m3property in 2001 as a Valuation Analyst gaining experience in the various sectors, before focusing on the residential development sector. I received great support and mentorship at the company which enabled me to achieve qualification as a Valuer in 2003 and continued to allow me to progress my career and specialise in the sector, ultimately leading me to being appointed as National Director – Residential Development.”
