All parts in connection with water must be of minimum SS304 grade stainless steel like cylinder shell, shell door, basket, shaft etc. The basic design of machines shall be of SOFT MOUNT having either suspended or shocker/ air float based drum design to eliminate maximum vibration, the maximum permissible vibration to pass to the ground is not more than 5%. The machine shall have HIGH G Force of 300 plus The minimum number of wash/extract speed is 5 and machine should have possibility of intermediate extract. Machine shall minimum 3 or 5 ( depending upon capacity of machine) flushing supply injection system combined with manual hoppers and facility for minimum of 5 outer signal for liquid dosing The machine shall have single motor AC drive only The machine should have minimum 3 water level control, preferably 5 level

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION – GENERAL AND SPECIFIC

Washer Extractors

The washer extractors shall be heavy duty industrial design for long life. All parts in connection with water must be of minimum SS304 grade

stainless steel like cylinder shell, shell door, basket, shaft etc. The basic design of machines shall be of SOFT MOUNT having either

suspended or shocker/ air float based drum design to eliminate maximum vibration, the maximum permissible vibration to pass to the ground is not more than 5%. The machine shall have HIGH G Force of 300 plus

The minimum number of wash/extract speed is 5 and machine should have possibility of intermediate extract.

Machine shall minimum 3 or 5 ( depending upon capacity of machine) flushing supply injection system combined with manual hoppers and facility for minimum of 5 outer signal for liquid dosing

The machine shall have single motor AC drive only The machine should have minimum 3 water level control, preferably 5

level The machine should have self diagnostic and emergency stop button The machine shall have pneumatic door interlock to prevent accidental

start of machine unless the door is closed and also facility of no door opening unless inner drum has come to an complete halt

The machine shall have automatic temp control, water control through pneumatic valves

The machine should have large inlet and drain for water for quick filling and discharge, all automatically controlled

The machine should have possibly a security code system to prevent unauthorised access to control panel

The loading door must be adequately sized as per BOQ for easy unloading and loading

Laundry Shelves:

Mobile linen shelves shall be 550 wide with 4 nos fixed shelves at 30 mm. The stand shall be fabricated from tubular stainless steel with 125-150 dia swivelling wheels. Each shelf shall be capable of carrying a load of 250 kg.. Shelves shall be of stainless steel to SS 304 Quality.

Storage shelves shall be 500mm wide made of stainless steel tubular with 4 nos

shelves at about 330 mm centre to centre. Shelves shall be capable of carrying

400 kg every 1250 mm length. All storage shelves and stand shall be of

stainless steel to SS 304 Quality.

Laundry Trolleys:

Dry linen trolleys shall be of fibre reinforced plastic with side and bottom openings for breathing. The trolleys shall be approximately 850 x 600 x 550 with four swivelling wheels Wet linen trolleys shall be approximately 800 x 600 x 750 with four swivelling wheels on a stainless steel frame with fibre reinforced plastic container.

Hand Irons:

Hand irons shall be hand operated electric irons. . The ironing boards shall be

portable and complete with 1100 x 550 x 850 table with 2 nos 250 x 400 x 250

shelves with hinged shutter.

Installation

Installation of piping shall be carried out in a professional manner, all installation ,material must be quoted by vendor giving complete BOQ with make of material and rate on prorate basis with warranty for workmanship and for material both, we will provide only services required to the point of consumption. The work must be done in a tidy manner with no loose end sand vendor is responsible for safety of their workman
