Laureate Italian Arts & Design Schools, NABA and Domus Academy, fully support their International students to find suitable accommodation according to their preference and budgetto their preference and budget.

We provide the service in collaboration with selected housing providers and landlords, qualified real estate agencies, acknowledged partners (hostels, hotels, B&Bs, residences).

Our service is dedicated to NABA and Domus Academy students, undergraduate and postgraduate enrolled in any program for any length ofundergraduate and postgraduate, enrolled in any program, for any length of stay: from 2 weeks Summer Course to 3 years BA Program.

Our service provides support for short term accommodation, long term accommodation and temporary accommodation according to students preferences, budget and program in which they are enrolled.

NABA/DOMUS puts students in touch with estate agents and private owners.

Students can consult:• a list of affiliated real estate agencies that can help in finding a room or an apartment (available prior to students arrival)• extensive list of ads from individuals and real estate agencies, available in the office after t d t ’ i lstudents’ arrival.

The office will take appointments on students ‘behalf for a maximum of three per each visit to the office.

Students who choose option 2 are requested to come to Milan a few weeks before the beginning of the courseof the course.

Option 3 | Temporary Stay

NABA has a list of hotels, hostels and residential arrangement to which students and their parents can , g prefer to for a temporary stay.

The list can be provided by email upon request.

Option 2 Accommodation in affiliated Hotel or Hostel

Students can directly contact and pay the Hotels using the contacts provided in the list. Prices can be estimated as follows:

TWO WEEKS from € 600 (shared room, should be in two to rent this option) to € 1000 (single room)

FOUR WEEKS from € 1100 (shared room, should be in two to rent this option) to € 1900 (single room)
