• Building a coherent expectation amongk-16 educators in the LA region for professional learning
• Establishing a self-perpetuating collaborative culture within and among regional education institutions

Four, 2-day Leadership Institutes scheduled in LADraft Agendas:
February: Professional Development for Systemic reform: The PD Framework and understanding change (Engage in simulation on school based change).
April: Concerns Based Adoption Model: Learn to use three tools for planning and guiding implementation
September: Building collaborations across institutions to build capacity and impact the K–16 educational system
November Sustainability and Long–term planning; Apply learning about professional development, leadership and change to a specific applications
