I can confirm that yesterday we completed the sale of the property of the Deceased, the net proceeds of sale amounting to 520,658.70.It seem that you have until the 14 April within which to issue the claim. Well before then, I hope to be able to give you full details of the value of the Estate but, at this moment in time, I am not able to do so since investments in the Philippines have come to light and, through my agent there, I am endeavouring to sort things out. Until now it has not been possible to do so since they need payment on account of their fees and until now I have not had sufficient wherewithal to enable me to do so.

Is there anything more which you need from me at the moment?
