CAREER HISTORY

Technical Manager – Hankook Delcam Vietnam Jan 2016 – Current

Hankook Delcam was founded in 1990 to research and distribute advanced

manufacturing technologies related to CAD/CAM . It is a joint venture company with

Delcam Plc. It has been steadily growing for 20 years with long-term and continuous

customer support and marketing policy on stable supply base, and it is recognized

as the best technology in CAD/CAM field in Korea.

Key Responsibilities

Providing technical support to customers

Monitoring team members and provide necessary advice and guidance regarding to technical function to achieve the team’s KPIs and goals

Coaching team members and motivate them to produce desired result

Continue to enhance technical capability within the team and organization in general

Delcam is a supplier of advanced CAD/CAM software for the manufacturing industry.

The company has grown steadily since being founded formally in 1977. It is now a

global developer of product design and manufacturing software, with subsidiaries

and joint ventures in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Delcam has

now been integrated into the Autodesk global business to continue developing,

supporting and selling Delcam software and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training for Prospects/Customers

Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application

Demonstrating products to existing & prospective customers

Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested

CNC Workshop’s Supervisor as part-time in my University, we received orders to

machining High Precision sample Fixtures for Assembly Line in Factory from R&D
