YOGA & CYCLING AT THE MARBLE MOUNTAIN

After breakfast, we will pick up in your hotel with our Van ( Mercedes

sprinter 16 seats, model 2013 or 2014), transfer to marble mountain

where you will meet your guide as well as yoga instructor, beginning

with 30 minutes walking tour to visit one of oldest temples in

town(almost 200 years old). The Marble Mountains is about 8km

southeast of Da Nang City. This is a cluster of five marble mountains

lying close to the sea. That is why; it is dubbed Hon Non Nuoc, which

means Mountain and Water in Vietnamese. The Marble Mountains are

situated between Da Nang City and Hoi An ancient town and very

close to Non Nuoc Beach, which stretches for kilometers with clean

and white sand and is one of the nicest beaches in Vietnam, it is so well

known that many people consider it as the symbol of the area.

After walking tour, warm up your body with 30 minutes with Yoga

which will support a lot for your cycling activity later. After Yoga, you

will spend a day leisurely cycling through the scenic countryside of Da

Nang, far from the traffic the motor scooters, and the noises.

You will head to the hidden back alleys to see where the real Da Nang

lives. You can observe local families preparing for the day, and see

what's for sale and to eat from the various street stalls. After winding

our way through the old town, you come to the bank of Han River. Here

you board a small local ferry to cross the river to the green islands.

Then, cycle on open farm land along the riverside, past children on their

way to school, come across small vegetable gardens, rice fields and

rural villages.

Crossing over at Cam le bridge, you will meet the local villagers, and

you will have chance to learn more about life in this region. Lunch at

This more demanding bike trip explores the Son Tra Peninsula (otherwise known

as Monkey Mountain). Moderate terrain turns into a steep ride, offering

spectacular views of the ocean, mountains, jungle and the city of Danang with

elevation increasing from sea level to 636m (1900 ft).Biking distance from 20-

40km (your choice).

Briefitinerary:

Son Tra Peninsula is fun, interesting and adventurous!

Still largely covered with dense rainforest it gives a home to the rare Red Shanked

Doucs. A primate which is a common find up in the trees of the Son Tra jungle but

elsewhere in South East Asia quite difficult to spot. Son Tra is a perfect Get-a-way

from Danang City exploring the narrow jungle roads by bike or hike through the

jungle in search for some exclusive wildlife.

Your bike ride will start from our riding point, bike along the bank of the Han River

with easy biking in warm, fresh air. After a few minutes sliding along the river and

crossing the bridge to the palm-shaded, each, break with photo shoots at a

picturesque fishing village and Linh Ung Pagoda. Then, start the moderate terrain

ride along zigzag paths with many stunning sights of jungles, waterfalls and

beaches. The steep ride to the mountain summit culminates in breathtaking views.

Vovinam (Vietnamese: Việt Võ Đạo, Martial Arts of Vietnam) is a Vietnamese

martial art.

Vovinam is practiced with and without weapons. It is based on the principle of

between hard and soft. It includes training of the body as well as the mind. It uses

force and reaction of the opponent. Vovinam also includes hand, elbow, kicks,

escape- and levering techniques. Both attack and defense techniques are trained,

as well as forms, combat and traditional wrestling. The wide range of techniques

include punching, kicking etc. as well as forms, wrestling, sword

,staff, axe, folding fan and others.

Self-defense techniques cover defense against weaponless attacks like choking

from behind and defense against attacks with knife or sword. Advanced students
