Launching your first group will be extremely rewarding. First, you’ll participate in our industry leading Foundations of Chairing program, where you’ll learn how to establish a thriving group. Then, you’ll work diligently to build your group with assistance from our experienced support team. As your initial group grows, you can access these same resources to develop additional groups for a greater impact.

MORE THAN JUST A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE.

All TEC Chairs operate as independent contractors so you control the amount of time you devote to your groups and what level of income suits your needs—within best practices, of course. Plan to invest seven to ten days a month per group, running meetings and conducting one-to-ones. These activities are scheduled based on the needs of your group.
