Completing the Post-observation

• Meet for the post-observation conversation as soon as soon as possible after completing the instructional feedback observation.

• School leaders should complete the post-observation conversation form and evaluators should review it.

• During the post-observation conversation, school leaders and evaluators will guide a conversation with the school leader that focuses on the observation evidence, discuss performance against the rubric, and identify areas of strength and areas for growth.
