In today’s ever-changing business environment, the most successful organizations are ledby those who are Striving for Excellence in thought and in action. To outmaneuver the competition, leaders must have the ability to make quick, effective and proactive decisions. However, decisions and actions should be made based on cognizance and understanding and not for the sake of acting.

How business agility provides a competitive advantage can be analyzed by examining the decision-making process of a fi ghter pilot. In this profession, the ability to make a swift, sound decision is critical as lives are often at stake. Fighter pilots must be aware at all times, have the insight to stay ahead of their competition and the preparation to be able to respond to actions taken by opponents.

Fighter pilots develop the ability to make effective decisions through education and ongoing training. Continuous education is also fundamental in the development of business leaders’ decision-making skills, which is why the Principals Meeting is hosted each year for leaders within Linc Service and TEGG. Knowledge gained from the meeting’s educational sessions and the information shared during networking events will help guide Linc and TEGG franchise owners to be able to make and execute on the best decisions for their business.

The Principals Meeting agenda includes an annual golf scramble, tennis tournament and the President’s Awards Banquet & Celebration. As the event is family friendly, special programs for spouses, guests, teens, and children are also included!

Please join ABM Franchising Group staff and guests for four days of learning and networking, as well as rest and relaxation at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa in Lahaina, HI. Come celebrate all the successes of 2015 at our annual Principals Meeting!

Leaders within Linc Service and TEGG are outmaneuvering the competition and Striving for Excellence.

If your General Manager or Sales Manager is attending the incentive trip and will be attending the President’s Awards Banquet, this must be noted on his/her registration form. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.

The original policy of permitting only Principals and select guests at the President’s Awards Banquet was done at the request of the Principals within the franchise network.
