Peever Tracey Supernova Transformative Conversations

Tracey Peever spent 15 years in Montreal, managing teams through the evolution of the online communications industry. From building the first-ever web sites for Bell, Nortel and Fido, Tracey learned first-hand how “waterfall” development and hierarchy in modern human systems can greatly limit teams from flourishing and creating great products-- particularly those literally creating, and running on, networks or knowledge. Confounded by the detrimental impact of rapid socio-technical change, and the slow capacity for adaptations, she grew curious about a different way of working. Tracey earned a Masters degree in Human Systems Intervention at Concordia University and an Integral Coaching certificate, to help organizations make the seismic social shift from hierarchy toward partnered models of organizing. She is currently working as a Learning and Development Consultant at Royal Roads University (on contract until June 2015). Her consultancy is Supernova Transformative Conversations. She has studied and thoroughly practiced mindfulness in non-dual and Oneness traditions since 1996, and taught yoga and meditation in Montreal, 2004 - 2010.
