Develop an awareness of the knowledge, skills, and attributes necessary to become effective leaders Identify key interpersonal and teamwork skills in order to effectively manage teams Leverage the diversity in experience by sharing feedback on their own and others interpersonal skills Observe and practise selected interpersonal skills necessary for leadership and teamwork

The sessions covered included:The art of communication, The hidden data of communication, Working in teams, Discussions, Decisions, and Business Ethics, and Adapting to Corporate Life.This was supplemented by brain storming and exercises.

The framework of deployment of the soft skill program in colleges was explored in detail, with the faculty members themselves facilitating sessions on the various phases of implementing this program in their respective college.
