Making sure you are able to understand individual drivers, inspire confi-

dence and show that you are credible are key factors in determining

There are of course additional obstacles that female leaders in construc-

tion must overcome to be successful due to the nature of the construc-

tion industry. This course is designed to help individuals recognize and

overcome those barriers so they can develop and excel as leaders.

Designed specifically to meet the demands of life in construction as a

woman; it will cover the essentials of leadership using examples, systems

and experience that will enable you to apply it to your own personal

roles and achieve your ambitions.
