The Leadership Simulation Workshop is a rigorous experiential strategy workshop designed for senior managers, and delivered by visiting faculty and alumni of IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. The workshop provides a real life feel of integrated management by combining the soft skills of leadership, people management and communication, with the hard skills of planning, forecasting, marketing, finance, quality and operations.
The workshop provides a very engaging learning environment, where participants run organizations that compete in a simulated business environment, providing a learning platform across management functions. External interventions force participants to think through their decisions and evaluate whether their strategy is the best fit for the business environment.

Registration
VenueThe workshop will be held at the Ramada Residence Convention Centre, Powai, Mumbai. The workshop investment covers food & twin-sharing accommodation at the Residence Hotel for 3 nights from 12th March to 15th March afternoon. Participants are requested to check-in on 12th March between 2 PM and 8 PM for a formal inauguration and team interaction session at 8:30 PM. Participants can avail of single room accommodation by paying an additional amount of INR 10,000 per head.
