Leadership Summit 2020and 13th ICAI Awards:

This multi-track Leadership Summit is surely a platform for the members of Institute working in Industry as professionals. It has been designed and formulated in a manner to update the knowledge of the members substantially, that too with an opportunity to choose the track best suited to their professional domain and interest.

The Leadership Summit tracks include Accelerating growth through leadership in the times of digitalization and skills revolution, Leadership through inner strength in this hyper active world, Navigating through rough waters, Trade war to Data war- Opportunities and Risks and Digital disruption- Opportunities and Risks. These topics are highly relevant and important to the profession. Eminent resource persons with specialized knowledge, intellect and experience shall guide the delegates.

The Leadership Summit shall be concluded by the Annual 13th ICAI Awards ceremony

of providing analysis on key CFO issues – Economic trends and

transitions, technology, transformation and innovation.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) had

introduced ICAI Awards way back in the year 2007 to acknowledge

the members who have proven the spirit of excellence in Chartered

Accountancy profession in India. The ICAI, through its Committee

for Members in Industry & Business (CMI&B) is organising these

awards for past 12 consecutive years to honour the exemplary work

of Chartered Accountants in their respective fields.

Appreciating the fact that “Recognition is the fundamental need of

humans”, these awards are organised to acknowledge the

outstanding achievements of the members who have reached

exceptional levels of professional attainments and are committed

toward their goals.

As rightly said by our Past President Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam

“If four things are followed - having a great aim, acquiring

knowledge, hard work and perseverance - then anything can be

achieved”. ICAI Awards are conceded to the members who

possess excellent skills, dedication, enthusiasm, leadership,

and ability to focus all their energy in building the new ways,

going ahead of the benchmarks and striving towards perfection.

I am pleased to note that the CMI&B of ICAI is organizing

13th ICAI Awards ceremony on 14th January, 2020 at Hotel

Sahara Star, Mumbai along with the Leadership Summit 2020,

which will bring together eminent professionals across the

world under one roof, deliberating on topics of contemporary

relevance and providing useful insights around the theme

“Leading in Dynamic Times”.

The summit shall be a colloquium of eminent personalities

who shall discuss, enlighten and enrich the knowledge of the

delegates on topics viz., CFO: Accelerating growth through

Leadership in the times of digitalisation and skills revolution,

2020 CFO – From Accounting, Accountability & Ethics to Robotics,

Automating the Finance Function, Trade war to Data war and Digital

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) had constituted ICAI Awards way back in the

year 2007 to recognize the members who have demonstrated excellence and portrayed an abiding

commitment to achieve heights as CA professional. These awards seeks to honour individuals who

possess excellent skills, dedication, enthusiasm, leadership, and the ability to deliver the best that we

all strive to emulate. ICAI continues its legacy to honour stellar individuals, by organizing 13th ICAI Awards, 2019

through its Committee for Members in Industry & Business (CMI&B). These awards will be judged

by the eminent Jury Members, who choose the most deserving award recipients and their success

would be felicitated during the dazzling gala night scheduled on 14th January, 2020 at Hotel Sahara

Star, Mumbai.

The 13th ICAI Awards would be presented under the major nine categories which are further divided

into various sub-categories. With this, CMI&B invites all the members to nominate themselves or any other member who can

be considered as potential award recipient as per category specic criterias. Nominations can be
