The Wyoming Afterschool Alliance and Department of Family Services are partnering together to bring a highly interactive training experience to both afterschool program directors and early care and school-age directors! We are delighted to be able to offer this exception training to you from the National Institute on Out-of-School Time (NIOST) training team. Please note that space is limited to 40 individuals – 20 afterschool directors and 20 early care and school- age directors. If you are interested, please respond as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact Linda Barton or Jennifer Zook at the contact information listed below. Applications must be received by Thursday, March 26, 2015. This training will be available for STARS credit and PTSB credits. Leading for Quality Training Application This application must be completed by those who wish to be considered for the Leading for Quality Training. Please note that individuals chosen to participate in the Leading for Quality Training must be willing and able to: Attend both, full days of training; Provide feedback on and evaluation the Leading for Quality Training as wells as write a 1 page essay, after the class on how you plan to implement ideas from the class into your program; Please note that preference will be given to those individuals that work with both after-school programs and early childhood programs.
