WHAT DISCOVER DID FOR ME

The DISCOVER Program helped me see that I am capable of becoming a paramedic. The academic advising phase provided some great financial aid options as well as helping me to realize what exactly I want in life. I started this out thinking this was just a stupid assignment, but now I am grateful for DISCOVER, and for it putting things in perspective for me.

I am looking forward to my future. Seeing my life move into a positive direction is a really good feeling. I have high expectations for myself.

I also plan to raise my daughter while going to school to get my degree and improve both of our lives by doing so. The Life Maps Project reassured me that I am taking the necessary steps to lead my life to success.
