In an Ever-evolving Business Environment...Organizations must be able to adapt and change to meet the demands of customers, shareholders and employees. Pepperdine University’s Leading Organization Change program is a unique executive education program focused on best practices in leading organization change and design.

Designed and taught by Pepperdine’s leadership and organization development faculty, the sessions are highly interactive and provide attendees with frameworks, case studies, and applied learning exercises to maximize applicable learning and effectiveness.

Program Description:Participants will have the opportunity to bring their own challenges and opportunities in leading change into the class for discussions and application.

The program is comprised of a series of three modules (each session is two days) addressing Leading Change, Organization Design and Strategy, and Models of Change in Complex Environments. Participants who attend the entire three-module program will participate in a change project, receive personal coaching, and earn a Certificate in Leading Organization Change.

The program will be held at Pepperdine’s West Los Angeles graduate campus. Register early, as each session is limited to 25 attendees.

Who Should Attend:The Leading Organization Change program is designed for business professionals who are interested in or responsible for leading change in their organization. While there are no prerequisites or enrollment requirements for the class, the program will be taught at a graduate level and therefore attendees should have an undergraduate degree or the appropriate level of experience for the program.
