The problem?

ConnectionComfort with the technology is no longer the main issue.

What needs to change to focus participants more directly on using technology to add value to the learning goals of the board?

ConnectionComfort with the technology is no longer the main issue.

What needs to change to focus participants more directly on using technology to add value to the learning goals of the board?

Program’s capacity-building focus had been fairly unstructured. Some participants thrived in this environment and emerged as leaders. Others need more guidance. How can we help all participants realize their potential and take charge of their own learning?

Connection

Start with the new cohort, with new application criteria.Do we try to water the rocks?

Have them design their own professional learning plan. How do we engage individuals in professional learning?

Learning plans need to explicitly align with Board learning goals. How do we foster the idea of technology adding value to learning?

Mimic the PLP structure, F2F & online. How do we foster a community of professional learners?

Foster capacity for leadership in the Board & beyond. How do we leverage the learning with this group?
