When work measures 33 (37) cm from beg, ending with a WS row, shape armholes: cast off 4 (5) sts at beg of next 2 rows, then for raglans dec 1 st at each end, inside 1 st, on next and every alternate row 19 (22) times, work 4 rows straight, then dec 1 st at each end, inside 1 st, once more. When work measures 53 (59) cm from beg, cast off rem 20 (23) sts for neckedge. Front: work as Back until work measures 33 (37) cm from beg, ending with a WS row. Shape armholes: cast off 4 (5) sts at beg of next 2 rows, then for raglans dec 1 st at each end, inside 1 st, on next and every alternate row 18 (21) times. At the same time, when work measures 48 (54) cm from beg, cast off centre 14 (17) sts for neck and cont to work separately on either side. FINISHINGSew three raglan seams, leaving Right Back raglan open. Polo neck: with RS facing and 3.75 mm (no. 9) needles pick up and K 98 (104) sts around neckedge and work 21 rows (= 8cm) in K2, P2 rib. Cast off sts in rib. Sew other raglan and neck seam. Sew side and sleeve seams.
