Location for Banner Display

Pakistan Poultry Association is going to organize International Poultry Expo on 25, 26 & 27th September, 2014 at Expo Center, Johar Town, Lahore. The organizing committee has decided to offer a unique opportunity to the companies and entrepreneurs to display their banners on this occasion.

Thousands of delegates from poultry sector will attend this three days exhibition from all over the country and abroad. It is a great opportunity to introduce your product and company to the visitors.

As for as banner display at different locations is concerned, its placement has been indicated in proceeding pages of this catalogue, having complete details of size, charges and place of display of banners. You are requested to please send your requirement mentioning the exact location by 31st, July 2014 the latest. Display of all kind of banner will only be confirmed against 100% advance payment.

We, IPEX - 2014 team, believe that seeing is believing. So one should not leave this mega advertisement/ endorsement opportunity of their company, brand and products un-taped. Terms & Conditionsof Banner / Branding

1. Booking of Exhibition Hall No.1 & 2 of Expo Centre, Johar Town, Lahore is made for 7 days i.e. form 22-23 & 24 September,2014 (3 days) would be utilized for making/display of Banners, 25, 26th & 27 September, 2014 would be Exhibition Days

and 28 September, 2014 would be used for dismantling.

2. Booking of Banners would commence with effect from 10th of February 2014

on the principles of First Come First Serve Basis.

3. All interested companies are requested to send there requests for allotment of banners before 31 May, 2014 along with current dated crossed cheque of 35% of the total cost of the Banners in advance. Provisionally place of banners would be allocated but it will be confirmed on receipt of remaining 65% amount before 31 July, 2014.

4. Confirmation of banners will be communicated to the allottee within ten days after receipt of full payment.

5. If a banner is cancelled after booking or fail to make full payment up till 31st July, 2014, 35% of the full cost will be forfeited by PPA / IPEX-2014 and the said banner will be allocated to other interested company.

6. No company is allowed to sublet the allocated place . They have to display their own company name.

7. Any disputed matter will be referred to the Exhibition Committee of IPEX-2014 for resolution. The decision made by the Committee will be considered final. No company would have right to go to any court of law against the decisions of Organizing Committee & all committees constituted by IPEX-2014 of Pakistan Poultry Association (NZ).

8. Due to unavoidable circumstances Exhibition Committee reserves all the rights to readjust, change or cancel the allocated banners, even though full payment has

been received.

All banners will be given on first come, first serve basis.Cost of all type of Skins/Banners will be borne by the Sponsors. This main banner will be displayed in both Auditorium. Position will be allocated through ballot, which will be carried out in presences of participants.No one would be allowed to display banner without permission of the organizing committee.
