The Lean Analytics Association (LAA) and the cole Polytechnique Fdrale de Lausanne (EPFL) are sponsoring the Best Practices Discovery project since 2015.

THE AIM is to discover, document and share best practices of worlds leading companies from different industrial sectors which have been focusing on the implementation of lean principles in product development.

A BEST PRACTICE is a solution that has consistently produced positive and sustainable results compared to those achieved by other means.

LEAN INNOVATION is the application of lean thinking principles across the entire value-chain including new product development.
