The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Program develops the technical expertise to facilitate business improvement initiatives, increase productivity and deliver real commercial outcomes. AGSM-certified Green Belts are proficient in applying the methodology, tools and frameworks while also understanding and utilising a change management toolkit to engage stakeholders and collaboratively manage people.

Prior to completing the face-to-face modules, participants select and gain AGSM approval for a live workplace project, on which they will work throughout the program experience to maximise the learning opportunity and return on investment for the individual and the organisation alike. To achieve AGSM certification, participants must pass an assessment as well as completing their workplace project.

Learning Approach:The program is an interactive experience that is designed to be immediately transferrable with real-world results, through working on a live workplace project, with the support of the class, faculty team and accredited coaches. Participants also take part in a unique role play simulation that has been developed by AGSM Executive Education to build and deepen practical understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology, frameworks and tools.

Resource Support: The program fee includes a 12 month Minitab & Quality Companion license. Participants require access to a laptop with Microsoft Word and Excel to use the tools during the program and in between modules.
