How to apply the lessons learned by companies that are sharing continuous improvementresources and experiences through collaborative learning groups is the theme of the 2012 LeanTransformation Summit, sponsored by the nonprofit Lean Enterprise Institute.

Regan noted thats last years summit sold out quickly because it has a track record of deliveringquality information in a unique format that complements in-depth learning.
