Many “smaller” Web 2.0 services are OpenID relying parties.

Notably, so too is Facebook.

More “brand names” are OpenID identity providers.

Educational Institutions

Educational institutions already collect and manage identity.

Becoming an identity provider for them is trivial.

Becoming a relying party is transformative.
