Starter:What differences are there between people

and how do you know they are different.

E.g. People come from different countries – we know this because they speak a different language.

Main: In pairs you are going to spend 3 lessons

(including this one) putting together a presentation on diversity and culture.

You can put it together however you like and about whoever you like BUT.....

On the 4th lesson you will be presenting it to the rest of your class/ your teacher will assess your presentation.

Include:Information about British culture and at

least 2 other cultures.Explain the differences but also the

similarities.You could include things like:Language, sports, school, clothing, family

life, houses, food, music, dance....other areas of life.

Make sure you write about the same things for each culture so you can compare them!
