Process Flow For LSO : -
Training Administrator. Learner (Employee).
Manager .

Training Administrator: -
The Training Administrator will create the Course Catalogue which are useful for the Employee’s .
After creating the Course catalogue the Administrator will assign the Target Audience to the Employees .
Target Audience :-
The Training Administrators will assign courses to the based on the
Employee Grade Employee Sub-Grade Employee Departments

This is because the Courses can be seen by the Employees who belongs to the particular Grade , Sub Grade , Designation , Department .
In this way the Target Audiences can keep restrict on the courses so that they can be seen by the particular employees only .
After they will see the TNI’s which are given by the Employees for the particular courses .
The Administrator will create the Events for the particular Courses on the available dates .
After completing the Course the Administrator will Follow Up the Employees who had attended the Courses .
Than the Feedback Form will be generated for the Employees who had attended the Courses .Administrator will be reviewing the Feedbacks which are submitted by the Employee .
After the Administrator will be create the Cost Items for the Particular Event and it will be flowing into the Finance .

Class Room Training Virtual Class Room Training
Class Room Training:-
This type of training taken place in the Classrooms by the Internal or External Instructor .
If the Instructor is Internal (P) and for the External (H) the relationships are same for the P-E or H-E .
In this type of Training the Location is Dependent .

This type of training taken place through online by the Internal or External Instructor .
If the Instructor is Internal (P) and for the External (H) the relationships are same for the P-E or H-E .
In this type of Training the Location is Independent .

In this type of delivery class ADOBE CONNECT software is needed because to conduct the Training in online .
So, the Employee who already booked for the Training he will be having the link in the Learning Portal where he had booked earlier .

Training Management Process :-
The Training Management process consists of 4 different stages as below :- Course preparation : Initial setup activities, defining necessary
master data for Learning management (Structuring of course catalog, course templates, supporting data like venues, instructors & time schedule)
Course catalog : This phase consists of activities related to scheduling of courses, planning course dates & assigning resource for course dates
Day to day activities : Every day activities such as managing participation, communication sent to learners & other people involved in the process
Recurring activities: Activities which does not occur on daily basis, following up of course (attendance marking, rating of courses, recording course evaluation results, billing).
Note : Administrators are also provided and alerted with specific work lists that help them to keep track of courses' readiness, booking levels, and so on

Learner(Employee):-
The Learner(Employee) is nothing but who attends the training for the particular course when the Training Administrator will schedule the Course .
Note :-A course is a structured process defined by a training provider aimed at imparting skills and knowledge. In the system, a course is the actual scheduled event, a specialization of a course type, defined by the attribute delivery method. ● Time-dependent courses These are courses with a start and end date, held in a specific language and location.
Activities Performed by Learner :-
Identifying the TNI Booking the Course Filling the Feedback Form

Identifying the TNI :-
Learner have to Identify his TNI (Training Need Identification) where his/her need exists .
She/he can Identify any no of courses when he submits his TNI it will go for the Manager Approval Process .
When his/her TNI got approved by the Manager than Learner waits for the booking until Training Administrator schedule the course .
Booking the Course:-
When the Training Administrator schedule the course than amail will be triggered to the Employee who TNI got approved for their respective Course Type the Course has been created . When he Submits the booking again it will go for the approval
process where it can be Rejected or Approved . When it gets rejected again he can’t book for the same Schedule
Course again he/she can able book for next Schedule only . When it gets approved based on the Delivery Method he/she will
attend the training .
Note : After the Course who got attended they will be receiving the Training Manuel's as well as they can able to see in there ESS for the Further Reference

Filing the Feedback Form:-
After completing the Course by the end of the day the Learner will receive the Mail regarding the Feedback form about the Course and the Trainer so on .
The Employees who didn’t attend the Course they wont receive the Mail for the Feedback and when Following Up the Training Administrator will be keeping the Present or Absent for the Learner/Employee .
The Employee who got approve of his TNI but didn’t book for the course than a Remainder Mail will get Triggered in the end of the training to intimate attend for the next Schedule for the course .
Note:-When the Learner / Employee fills his Feedback form than he can’t book the same course until 45 days (it is based on the Configuration in SPRO )

Manager:-
Manager will involves in the Approval Process and also for assigning the Mandatory Courses for there Subordinates and they make Employee/Learner get competency in necessary area which company needs .
Activities Performed by Manager :-
Approval Process Assigning Mandatory Courses
Note :- Manager can involve only for the
Employees who are under him only like Direct Employees the relationship is 002 as well as in the Assigning the Mandatory Courses to the Employee / Learner .

Instructor:-
Instructor is the person who takes the Training for the particular course they can be Internal or External Instructor .
Activities Performed by Instructor :-
Conducting the Training Feedbacks on the Employees
Note :- At the same time Training Administrator
can’t make book the Instructor for the same course at the same time .
The Training Administrator can make use of multiple Instructor’s for the same course .
