Our school is an active participantin social life of the village,participated in celebrations andholidays.Furthermore, we are an active participant in various
educational programs, contests and competitions. Throughthe project we will be able to make true wishes of lots ofstudents wishing to participate in such activities and willdo the activities that are long-planned by the team. Ourschool is very interested in being part of such a project, aswe are constantly striving to give better opportunities to ourpupils to have quality education and prepare them forsocial reintegration. A major problem for our school is thatthe number of children decreases. We hope that learningthrough games is a right way for reaching our goals.
Second Erasmus +project meeting-Yurukovo-Bulgaria
12-18 February-2016
The 2nd transnational meeting in project ,,Learning trough games to keep children at school” took place in Primary
school ,,Vasil levski”, Yurukovo, Bulgaria. The participants represent six partner schools: Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria,
Italy, Poland and Romania.
The theme of the meeting “Games in extracurricular activities”
During the meeting were held three types of activities:
• Transnational project meeting
Analysis of student`s observation and teachers and
parents` satisfactions-Bulgarian and Romanian
schools.
REI-Blagoevgrad ( we could learned
some facts about Bulgarian education and schools and universities in the capital of
region)
SWU where children can spend their free time and they can get knowledge without paying.
They go there for extra lessons or extracurricular activities.

Students are taught similar things in very similar ways. They are taught phonetics, syllables, recognizing letters, reading s imple sentences and texts as well as

Students start reading and writing in English. They start with recognizing words, tracing letters, labeling pictures. Attention here is put to teaching vocabulary, reacting
to teacher’s instructions, following and acquiring language by following simple picture stories. All schools use English course books and additional materials except for
the Greek where the teacher provides the students with worksheets and other necessary materials without following a course book.

Students are taught multiplication, division, adding, subtracting and measuring within the range of number from their curricula. They are also that basis of geometry-
recognizing the geometrical figures. They are taught by different games, pictures, written puzzles or stories to make Maths more friendly. The also write down
operations in their books or notebooks.

It is a small piece of adornment, made of white andred yarn and worn from March 1 until around theend of March (or the first time an individual sees a stork, swallow, or budding tree). The name of theholiday is Baba Marta. "Baba" (баба) is the Bulgarianword for "grandmother" and Mart (март) is theBulgarian word for the month of March.
