Progressive, Professional, Pittsburgh Family In Search Of New Lease or Rental We are a progressive family who is currently seeking a new rental / lease property with a 2 to 5 year lease. We are also open to considering a rent- to-own scenario. Our master plan includes owning / building in the rural areas surrounding Pittsburgh within the next five years (or so). Currently, we need to rent one more time before we can accomplish this. One of us has been in Pittsburgh for 38 years, and this is the region that we have chosen to support. We have a growing family, and two growing businesses. Thus, we have a growing need for green space, as well as interior space. If you are a rental agency, or real estate agency please read no further. We are not interested in doing business with you. We are interested in business relationships that include personal relationships Our Optimal Lease Our optimal situation would be to have a relationship with an Organic Farm or with someone who has acreage in the rural areas surrounding Pittsburgh. We would like to be able to create a synergistic situation with such a person(s), who may be struggling to meet the costs associated with having so much land or running a farm. We would be open to renting an existing building, or creating a professional arrangement where we build a cottage on your land, and work out the financial aspects between us. This could either be for a 2-5 year period, or it could lead to an outright ownership scenario. We are flexible to discussion and needs. Other Strong Options

~We are open to a straight-up scenario where we sign a lease in Pittsburgh or the surrounding areas, in an area that works for us, as long as the living space suits our needs.

~We are open to building a carriage house, small 2nd house, or cottage for someone, in Pittsburgh or surrounding areas, with the proper financial arrangements.

~We are open to a 2-3 year stewardship of a house that is on the market, but is not selling.

~We are open to stewardship of a house where the owner works or lives out of state.

~We are not open to doing full remodels for people, inside of the house that we are leasing.

Things to Consider

~We have three, very tidy, short-hair cats that are a part of our family.

~Of course, references and credit check are available to you.

~At the end of the lease term, your property will either be in the same condition that it was when the lease started, or it will be in a better condition. This can be a term of the lease.

~To enter into a lease with us, if we deem it necessary, you will also be required to submit references and/or contact information of former/current tenants, so that we know what kind of a landlord you are.

~If we lease your building, your paint will be tested for lead, and your indoor air will be tested for molds before we agree to sign.

When it's all said and done, you will find that we are very stable, very kind, and very positive people. We are looking for those same characteristics in the people that we do business with.
