To get started, weneed a leasingagreement that

The Application

SAMPLE

This is the application your prospective tenants fi ll out when they want your apartment. We ask for 2 years of rental history and confi rm employment and income. We call their employers and landlords, current and past, to verify all the information.

We take the fi rst month’s rent with the application, and take the apartment off the market. We notify you immediately so you can do the same. Within a few hours, we send you all the basic information about your prospective tenant, to include this application and a credit report.

It will take a few days to verify all the information, giving you time to review the application. We’ll call you along the way to let you know how all the verifi cations are going.

An “X” indicates that no data has been recorded by the credit reporting agency, and is neither considered late or on time.
