Fill out all FMLA and other Return to Work paper work for patients and fax to appropriate location to ensure patient is covered while recovering from surgery.

Field incoming calls from patients and answer questions regarding their upcoming surgeries, post-operative issues, and to refill post-op and ongoing prescription needs.
Serve as an intermediary between patient and doctor on clinic days when doctors are in surgery or otherwise out of the office.
