Pre-Production 前制:
1. 寻找有关于教育，体育，环保，生活，人文，社区，文化等有意义的活动，
联系有关活动负责人，了解有关活动内容，洽谈一切大小事务，最后准备简
短的报告，汇报上司，讨论。
2. 一旦通过批准，知会中文部艺人管理的负责人，敲定 Astro 本地圈艺人的档
期以参与有关的活动。
3. 选写活动初稿，方便艺人有一定的活动资料可以传达/参考。（如需）
Production 制作:
4. 负责拿捏和拍摄有关活动。
Post-Production 后制：
5. 把当天所拍摄的活动影片，剪接成一分钟的公益短片。呈上给广播部门，经
审核后会在 astro 中文频道连续播出一个星期。主要的宗旨是通过艺人的影
响力去呼吁社会大众向有需要帮助的人/事/物做出贡献，缔造一个圆满的社
会。
