Main benefits:

- clients may, if needed, proceed through various services in a unit like Orton Pro while the experts are co-operating with many institutions who provide for financial support for enhancing people’s work capacity, and all kinds of work providers

- prospectively this kind of operational model will be the most cost-effective both in human perspective and economically

Main problems:

- economical stagnation: employers can’t or dare not easily hire new workers; maybe only on salary support

- funding in public sector has been reduced at least partly, and that’s why institutions which send less clients to Orton Pro

- there are quite many clients who actually are disabled but don’t receive pension or compensation for disability; they are sent ex.g. to Orton Pro in hope they after all could find a work place suitable for them

- basically there are ways to enhance a client’s work capacity and help her/him to find work but in many cases complicated bureaucracy makes it difficult

Conclusion:

The benefits are already so obvious individually and economically that this kind of organising services will expand in various forms, depending of conditions in individual country.

We’ll go on!

Thank you!
