Decorative applications INOX are used both in internal entrance and external DELTA doors. Those are the stainless steel stripes fixed into the surface of door leaf in order to diversify its looks. The usage of stainless steel ensures weather resistance. Applications could be used one- or two-sidedly. INOX applications are to be used in the following Delta door types: Universal, Special, Premium, Maxim, Perfect, Royal and Magnum.

Wooden-steel side fanlights are dedicated to those, who would like to enlighten the house or office interior.

They can be used in the external doors Delta SPECIAL 56S, PREMIUM OSB, MAXIM 68S, PERFECT68X and ROYAL 84P with ODS frame. The assembly of fanlight in Delta doors causes their anti-burglary resistance certificate invalidity. Fanlight frame is made out of coniferous dressing and steel plate in a door leaf colour, as in wooden-steel ODS frames. Fanlights are designated for the interiors with a low or medium burglary risk. Double glass, thickness 29 mm, is available in two versions: as a standard, reinforces P2 Reflex glass or under surcharge in or Decormatt option. Thermal conductivity of the glass . Fanlights based on wooden-P2 Two-way Mirror Ud=1,0steel ODS frames are characterized with better heat insulation than steel fanlights. Additionally their installation process is simpler.

Side fanlights are available in two outside widths of 30 and 50 cm.

DELTA steel frames are made of high quality galvanized steel in thickness of 1,2 (ECONOMIC, UNIVERSAL 56S) or 1,5 mm (other door types), laminated with PVC in door leaf colour.

NOTE! Low external temperatures, increased humidity and wrong ventilation can cause frosting or perspiration (condensing of damp) on steel frames made out of one-piece profile inside the building. To reduce such process DELTA, as the first one in Poland, introduced in sales warm steel frames with a thermal barrier patterned on wooden-steel ODS frames.

EXPAND TO ODS FRAMESProvided to expand height and width of ODS frames

DELTA thresholds with a gasket are made out of three types of materials (PVC, ALU, wood) depending on its purpose. Thermo PU56 and PD56/150 thresholds are recommended to be used outside of the building facility, due to their thermal insulation. Thermo ODS83 thresholds are used with wooden-steel frames in external doors with rebate at the bottom of wing (MAXIM, PERFECT, ROYAL).

ALU thresholds are also both inside and outside the building facility. The benefit of their usage is high esthetics, as well as their resistance towards mechanical damages and wearing off. Wooden threshold could be used both inside and outside of the building facility (in fire rated doors they are MANDATORY according to Technical Approval). They are going well with the floors from natural, wood derivative materials. Magnum 35 wooden thresholds for Magnum 68K door can be painted in frame and wing colour.

Satin fittings being a standard set of most door types are recommended to indoor usage. On the outside they require proper care and maintenance. Stainless steel fittings INOX are characterised by high weather resistance. The set consists of: handle, upper lock escutcheon and cylinder protective rosette. Lock cylinders and opening limiter knob are not made of stainless steel. INOX fittings are available in silver colour only. Handrail A2 fixing are using the handle holes and the upper lock rosette of the door leaf. From the inside classic handle and escutcheon TAMARA'2 INOX is used. When INOX handrail or firm knob handle EWA INOX/ANETA INOX is used in Delta doors, opening of the door is only possible with the use of the bottom lock key. Optionally electromagnetic blockade with mechanical unlocking could be used, which allows the door opening without using a key. Knob handle EWA INOX is set together with the inside CARMEN INOX handle, while ANETA INOX is set together with the inside ANNA handle.

BOTTOM DRIP PROFILE

For doors opened inside the building facility. It improves water resistancy. During the assembly it should be insulated with a colourless silicone from the upper side.

BOTTOM CLOSING PROFILE

Bottom closing profile is used after self-shortening of the door leaf or in Delta doors, which are exposed to rough conditions of use. The profile prevents from waving and delamination of the door bottom, strengthens and reinforces the door structure.

Electromagnetic blockade with mechanical unlocking 12V AC/DC installed in a frame is used in PU and PD profiles. It is applied in DELTA UNIVERSAL, SPECIAL, PREMIUM and DE LUXE doors. It allows opening door with handrail without using a key.

ELECTROMAGNETIC BLOCKADE w/UNLOCK CYKLOP DOOR VIEWER

For fire rated doors from Delta MAGNUM series or other door types. The view angle,

owithout any distortion, is up to 160 .

FDV FIREPROOF DOOR VIEWER

It is used in fire rated Delta doors from MAGNUM series. The view angle, without

oany distortion, is 120 .

DOOR CLOSER

SELF-CLOSING HINGE

Self-closing hinge is applied to Delta MAGNUM 56 doors. In fire rated doors it is used as option without surcharge.
