The overpass will be approximately 90 feet in length with a 12 foot wide multi - use pedestrian pathway. Additional improvements include resurfacing the roadway; drainage improvements, and new signing and pavement markings. The $2 million project begins early November. Expected completion is late summer/early fall 2018. Lane Closures Motorists should expect nighttime/overnight lane closures and/or detours from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. when crews are working over Laurel Road. Legacy Trail The existing Legacy Trail will remain open during normal hours of operation from dawn until dusk. Motorists should obey the posted speed limit and use caution while driving through the construction zone.
