ABOUT The UniSA Legal Advice Clinic offers free legal advice across a range of matters. The Clinic is staffed by law students who offer advice to the community under the supervision of qualified legal practitioners. Trained in professional conduct, Clinic staff are courteous, respectful and professional at all times. Client information and enquiries are kept confidential. The Clinic offers two free legal advice services located at UniSA City West campus and Port Adelaide Magistrates Court. SERVICES & FEES UniSA City West Campus Legal service Free Our on-campus Clinic offers advice on matters such as criminal, family, debt claims, car accidents, tenancy and neighbourhood disputes. Initial appointments are 60-minute interviews conducted by two UniSA law students who will then review your legal issue with a qualified legal practitioner. Our clinic is located at UniSA City West campus, by appointment (see Page 2 for details). SERVICES & FEES cont. Port Adelaide Magistrates Court Legal service Free This service is available in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court. We provide assistance or advice on a range of areas including traffic charges, car accidents and expiation notices. Located at Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesdays (see Page 2 for details).
