Performance Guarantee

• Within 30 days of the completed installation, Legend Power will conduct a Measurement and Verification procedure (M&V) and deliver a detailed report to the customer, comparing the projected savings summarized below with the actual savings observed after the installation.

• If the M&V report reveals a savings discrepancy greater than 15% from the projected savings in the Audit Report, the customer will have the option of requesting Legend Power remove the system from their facility(s) at Legend Power’s cost, and receive a full refund on the project
