• General Observer ‘s phone no. Widely published so that general public can quickly approach their election related grievances.

• Police Observers monitor the deployment of forces ,law and order,coordination between civil and police administration to ensure free and fair election

Expenditure Observers

• Expenditure Observers and Assitant Expenditure Observers monitor election expenditure of the contesting candidates.

• Control Room and Complaint Monitoring Centre with 24 hours toll free numbers shall be operative during entire election process.
