Facilities for Observers

• General Observer ‘s phone no. Widely published so that general public can quickly approach their election related grievances.

• Police Observers monitor the deployment of forces ,law and order,coordination between civil and police administration to ensure free and fair election

Expenditure Observers

• Expenditure Observers and Assitant Expenditure Observers monitor election expenditure of the contesting candidates.

• Control Room and Complaint Monitoring Centre with 24 hours toll free numbers shall be operative during entire election process.

Micro Observers

• General Observers will deploy Micro Observers to observe the poll proceedings on the poll day in critical and vulnerable booths.

Awareness Observers

• Awareness Observers from central Government are also being appointed to observe the SVEEP programme carried out during the election period for assessing the level of facilitation,information and motivational programmes at the field level.

Conduct of Officials

• Discharge duties in an impartial manner without any fear or favour under scrutiny of the Commission.

• E-pariharam ,The people or political parties can lodge their complaints through internet

• E-Anumathi,R.O Level system enables to provide for applying,processing,granting and monitoring permissions in a Single window system (except Helicopter usage )

• Web casting and CCTV also done at various check posts ,sensitive and critical locations to keep a strict vigil on any nefarious activities designed to vitiate the electoral process.

Poll day monitoring system

• Reaching polling parties,• PS Image,Votes Cast,Voters’Images shall be

captures and monitored using IT application.
