Will the Minister of Power be please to state:

a) Whether there is any proposal of Govt. of India/

Delhi Govt./MCD to remove or lay underground

the electricity, telephones or pvt. Cable network

cables in Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid &

Kashmere Gate area;

b) The details since 2015 where electric wires have

been laid underground and by which department;

c) The details of the funds utilised for this purpose

by various departments in Chandni Chowk (AC-

20) Assembly Constituency;

d) Whether there is any proposal of Govt. of India/

Delhi Govt./MCD to streamline the electric cable

network;

e) If so, whether any budget has been allocated for

this purpose; and

f) By when, this work will be completed?

a) the details of the total number of students chosen

for admission under EWS category through draw

of lots in the year 2017-2018;

b) the year wise details of students who were given

admission in Pvt. Schools under EWS category

still pending;

c) the details of the private Schools where admissions

are pending in the year 2017-2018;

d) whether department has received complaints

regarding deliberate denial by schools to give

admission under EWS category;

e) whether the Department has taken any steps to

resolve these issue; and

f) details of the action taken by the department

against those schools who have deliberately not

provided admissions under EWS category as per

norms?

a) Whether BSES has opened sufficient number of

complaint centres for their customers;

b) Timings of these complaint centres and details of

employees deputed there;

d) the constituency wise number of complaint centres

which functioned from 2010 till 2015; and

e) Steps being taken to improve the customer

grievance redressal mechanism of BSES?

a) The eligibility criteria for availing education loan

of Rs.10Lakhs and Rs.15 Lakhs ;

b) List of banks and their branches authorised for

the purpose; and

c) Whether any institution other than banks have

been authorised by Delhi Govt. for such loans;

and

d) If yes, the details thereof?

a) Whether it is a fact that there is a serious danger

to the lives and property of people due to High

Voltage Power Lines crossing overhead;

b) Whether it is also a fact that the Department and

the DISCOMs have received many requests from

the elected representatives to shift these lines;

c) Whether the Government has any proposal to

bear the expense of shifting these lines as there

is insufficient amount in MLA Fund for this purpose;

d) If yes, the details thereof; and

e) If not, the reasons thereof?

e) Details of basis on which the candidates were

selected;

f) Name of officer responsible for hiring and selection

of candidates;

Will the Dy. Chief Minister be please to state:

a) Whether it is a fact that GGSSS, No.1 Tagore

Garden (School Id: 1515026) is situated in a 50

years old building which is in a dilapidated

condition;

b) If so, whether it is also a fact that on 22nd July,

balcony covering the drinking water area of

students of the school fell down;

c) whether it is also a fact that since the school

became model school in 2015, DTTDC has been

assigned the task of construction of New building

after dismantling of old one for which they have

presented a budget of Rs.20,55,51,000/-;

d) whether it is also a fact that budget approval is

pending at finance level and DTTDC is requesting

Director of Education to release funds and the

case is lingering since November, 2015;

e) whether it is also a fact that on 04.08.2017, DTTDC

has submitted preliminary estimate of

Rs.98,21,000/- to Director Education for

Administrative Approval and Expenditure Sanction

for construction of conference hall for Teachers

Training in this school; and

f) If yes, what remedial measures is proposed to be

taken by the Government in the interest of the

students?

a) whether it is a fact that Hon’ble MLAs have

demanded for construction of Academy of Haryanvi

Language for the development of local language

& artists;

b) if so, step taken by the government in this regard;

and

c) by when this academy will be constituted?

Will the Dy. Chief Minister be please to state:

a) Whether it is a fact that the Department has

received a complaint vide letter no. 111491 dated

28.03.2018 from the Area MLA against illegal

commercial activity in the auditorium of Navhind

Girls Sr. Secondary School, New Rohtak Road,

Karol Bagh;

b) Whether it is also a fact that complaint was also

made against the misbehaviour of the

DDE,C&D(CDC) through letter No.:111490 dated

28/03/2018;

c) if so, action taken by the department on these

letters; and

d) complete details thereof?

10 SMT. BANDANA KUMARI Education

Will the Dy. Chief Minister be please to state:

a) Whether it is a fact that all the students of GP Block,

Pitampura have been shifted to school in ZP Block

Pitampura;

b) whether there is any proposal of the government

to construct new school building on the land of

GP Block School;

c) If so, by when construction work of new school

building in GP Block will commence, complete

details thereof;

d) whether it is also a fact that on continuous demand

from public, department had initiated action to

upgrade higher secondary school in Haiderpur to

Sr. Secondary School;

e) if so, present status of upgradation of this school;

and

f) reasons for delay in upgradation of the school and

by when this work will be completed?

Will the Minister of Power be please to state:

a) whether it is a fact that Hon’ble Minister of Power

had issued orders for withdrawing the increase in

the rates of load charges by DERC;

b) whether it is also a fact that Hon’ble Minister of

Power had issued orders for taking back fixed

charges; and

c) whether it is also a fact that TPDDL & BSES have

withheld the notices of late fees charges and

disconnection issued due to non-depositing of bills

on increased rates, until the bills are rectified; and

d) If so, the details thereof?

a) Whether it is a fact that government is sending

400 teachers for training to Singapore;

b) If so, criteria adopted for selection of these

teachers for training;

c) expenses likely to be incurred on this training

programme;

d) how this training programme will benefit the

students; and

e) complete details of this training programme ?

13. SH. SOMNATH BHARTI Law, Justice & Leg. Affairs

Will the Minister of Law, Justice & Leg. Affairs be

please to state:

a) Whether it is a fact that there is no Human Right

Commission for Delhi for the past 22 years despite

direction by Hon’ble Supreme Court in this regard;

b) Steps taken by the Government to comply with the

directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court;

c) Steps taken by the Department to bring anti-torture

legislation to protect residents of Delhi from

frequent instances of police torture;

d) steps taken by the Govt. to give monetary

compensation to victims of human rights violation

in Delhi with details of such compensation given

to victims of human rights violation during the last

10 years;

e) details of amendments made in CrPC and IPC

which fall within the jurisdiction of Honble Lt.

f) Details of all legislations passed by Delhi Assembly

and forwarded to Central Govt. through Hon’ble

Lt. Governor during the last 10 years alongwith

status of each legislation;

g) Details of laws which are not yet notified as

applicable laws;

Delhi for the years 2017-18 & 2018-19;

b) Since when teachers of Guru Harkishan Public

Schools of Delhi are not getting their salary;

c) Whether all the Guru Harkishan Public Schools

of Delhi have a single affiliation;

d) If so, whether there can be only one fund/account

of all the minority reserved Guru Harkishan Public

Schools of Delhi;

e) If not, under what provisions the fund/account of

the Guru Harkishan Public Schools are being

accumulated in a single fund/account; and

f) Since 2013, for what purposes FD and other funds

of Guru Harkishan Public Schools have been

used, complete details thereof?

c) Details of those schools where number of students

has decreased with reasons thereof?

a) Whether it is a fact that there are irregularities in

the admission process in private schools;

b) Are there any guidelines for constitution of School

Management Committee consisting of parents/

guardian in Private schools ;

c) If so, complete details thereof; and

d) If not, the reasons thereof?

18. SH. OM PRAKASH SHARMA Power

Will the Minister of Power be please to state:

a) Whether it is a fact that Industries have been badly

affected due to excessive increase in the rates of

electricity in Delhi;

b) Whether it is also a fact that prior to 1st April, 2018

Industries used to pay electricity bill at the rate

Rs. 125/- per kilowatt fixed charges which has now

been increased to Rs.250/- per kilowatt;

c) Whether it is in the knowledge of the government

that each industry require 90 to 250 kilowatt

electricity meter;

d) If so, whether it is also a fact that according to

present tariff if there are three electricity meters

installed in the industry premises of an industrialist,

he will have to pay Rs.67,500/- as fixed charge

and also surcharge accordingly;

e) Whether it is also in the knowledge of the

government that most of the industries are

seasonal which require electricity for five or six

months but have to pay increased fixed charges

for whole of the year;

f) Whether it is also a fact that due to increased fixed

charges many industrialist are shif ting their

industries in the neighbouring state of Haryana;

and

g) Steps taken by the government to resolve these

issues?

19. SH. SUKHBIR SINGH DALAL Education

Will the Deputy Chief Minister be please to state:

a) What is the present status of Sports University to

be constructed/established at Ghevra Mod,

Rohtak Road, Mundka Vidhan Sabha, Delhi-41;

b) What is the present status of Mini Stadium to be

built at Sarvodaya Co-Ed Sr. Sec. School, Village

Hiran Kudna, New Delhi-41;

c) How many schools in Mundka Vidhan Sabha are

falling short of sports infrastructure;

d) School wise details of number of watchmen

working in schools in Mundka Vidhan Sabha; and

e) How many NGOs have been providing Mid Day

Meal in Mundka Vidhan Sabha, list thereof along

with name and address of the school in which they

are providing Mid Day Meal?

20. SH. VIJENDER GUPTA Education

Will the Deputy Chief Minister be please to state:

a) The number of schools in Delhi which are run by

the Government and the number of recognised

schools;

b) The number of schools where there is no library;

c) Number of schools in which the government

proposes to open library this year and the budget

allocated for the same;

d) Whether the government proposes to use the

library of adjacent schools by the students of the

schools which do not have library; and

e) If so, details of such schools along with the schools

with which they have been connected?
