The 2008 Lenoir-Rhyne Softball Team finished the year with a 42-14 record, a 12-2 mark in the South Atlantic Conference and won its third straight league title to go along with a third consecutive berth in the NCAA Division II Playoffs.

The 2009 Lenoir-Rhyne University Softball Team finished the season with a 38-13 mark and earned its fourth consecutive berth in the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Tour-nament. The Bears also hosted one-half of the regional tournament.
